THE READINESS REVIEW
If you purchase a CTF readiness review, the review is based on the information you provide. CTF is not responsible for errors, omissions, or limitations caused by incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or misleading information submitted by you or third parties.
Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout or in a separate written agreement, the readiness review does not include:

A readiness review is a practical business-readiness document only. It is not a certification, approval, underwriting decision, credit opinion, legal opinion, customs opinion, or professional advisory opinion.
PAYMENT
Prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.
Payment may be collected through a third-party payment processor. By making a payment, you agree to the payment processor’s applicable terms and policies.
You are responsible for all applicable taxes, fees, and charges associated with your purchase.
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Because CTF services involve time, review, preparation, and digital work product, all sales are final once we have begun reviewing your intake materials or preparing your report.
If you purchase a service by mistake and request cancellation before we begin work, we may, at our discretion, issue a refund less any non-refundable payment processing fees or administrative costs.
CTF may refuse, cancel, or refund a purchase if we determine that the request is outside our scope, inappropriate, incomplete, unlawful, or unsuitable for our services.
TIMELINES
Any delivery timelines stated on our website, in checkout, or in communications are estimates only unless expressly stated as guaranteed in writing.
Delays may occur if your intake is incomplete, if we require clarification, if payment is delayed, if third-party systems are unavailable, or if the matter is outside the expected scope.
NO GUARANTEE OF OUTCOMES
CTF does not guarantee that:
You will obtain financing;
A lender, factor, buyer, supplier, customs broker, freight forwarder, insurer, or other third party will work with you;
Your documents will be accepted by a buyer, lender, customs broker, freight forwarder, or other party;
Your transaction will close;
Your goods will clear customs;
Your payment terms will be accepted;
Your costs, landed cost assumptions, freight rates, duties, taxes, margins, or timelines will be accurate;
Your business will achieve any particular result.
You are solely responsible for business decisions made after receiving our materials.
THIRD-PARTY REFERRALS AND RESOURCES
CTF may identify or refer you to third-party resources or service providers, such as lenders, factors, brokers, consultants, lawyers, accountants, customs brokers, freight forwarders, insurers, or other trade-related providers.
Any relationship with a third party is between you and that third party. CTF is not responsible for the advice, services, fees, conduct, errors, omissions, or decisions of third parties.
CTF may receive referral fees, marketing fees, consulting fees, or other compensation from third parties where permitted by law and disclosed where required. You are not required to use any third-party provider identified by CTF.
